How to ask for a return or exchange

I want you to be happy with the choice you made. Whether you picked the wrong size or you changed your mind, you have 15 days from the delivery date to contact us and arrange your return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping cost associated with the return shipping to Italy. We are available to assist you in making the perfect purchase so that returns will not be necessary.


What if my purchase has a defect?

Every item has been inspected at various steps during its production and a final inspection has been made just before the final wrapping for shipment. All items are made of solid gold, either 14kt or 18kt, according to your purchase. Proper use and care will guarantee that your new jewelry has a very long life.
In the event that something happens to your jewelry, please contact us and let us assist you.
Each complaint or repair request will be thoroughly analyzed by SARA.BE specialists. Write us at info@sarabejewelry.com and provide the following information: full name, order number, article code for the item that needs our attention, description of the damage/manufacturing defect along with some detailed pictures.


How to be eligible for a refund in the event of a return

Request your return no later than 15 days from the delivery date.
Returns are allowed only when shipped from the country we shipped to originally. The cost of the returns label will be deducted from your overall refund (see Shipping rates in the Shipping section).
Write us at info@sarabejewelry.com with your request and with the following information: full name, order number, article code for the item that needs our attention and the reason why you are not happy with your purchase.
Once we agree on the refund you’ll be sent further shipping instructions.

In order to receive a full refund (minus the shipping cost) you need to pack the item/s in the same gentle way you received it/them: items have to be unworn, with all of the original packaging and advertising and in good condition. All tags, labeling and warranty seals must be present. No sign of wear must be found.
In case of returns, allow us 15 days to refund the amount (minus shipping cost) using the same form of payment you used for the original order.


Exclusions:

Final sales, purchases made with special discount codes, and personalized items cannot be returned. Gift Cards are not refundable.
