Shipping
Every costumer receives a shipping notification when the parcel leaves the SARA.BE studio.
IMPORTANT: our standard delivery settings does not demand a direct signature at the shipping address provided during check out.
A lost parcel is covered from SARA.BE Shipping Insurance only until the delivery moment: if the parcel never reaches the address and get lost along the shipping we’ve got you covered!
Once the parcel has been delivered, whether according to standard or personalized shipping instructions, it’s the receiver’s responsibility, it’s out of our control. After the delivery moment SARA.BE cannot be held responsible for the parcel value.
Keep the tracking number and monitor the shipping. If the tracking number says ‘delivered’ but you can’t find the package, you should file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping costs and times
All our items are shipped with the fastest possible option. Some jewelry is available immediately and this shortens even further your wait. The items described as Fast Delivery, in particular, can be shipped within 2 working days from the moment we receive your order.
We can always make that piece you love, though, unlike other jewelry brands, we make our own jewelry and can forge the one you like the most, just give us two to four extra days.
We work with the best carriers for the safest delivery service. From the day your order is shipped, your jewelry will take an average of 3 business days to arrive at your door, depending on where you live. You will be notified via email and provided with the tracking number for your shipment. Please check your spam folder while waiting for news from us.
Your local shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays, which are out of our control.
We ship from Italy, where our Atelier is located.
Note: Customs could stop the goods for inspection and it may delay the shipment a few days. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
FREE SHIPPING will automatically be applied to your order when it's over Euros 250/Dollars 250.
Duties
Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be due when receiving an international order. We currently ship from Vicenza, Italy.
